At first I would have changed one thing, pregnance is not taboo. It lasts two years, girls get twice as big as now, thir muscles grow huge to allow easy moveement and the get realy horny and they are allowed to have sex with anybody they want , just to ease there needs. id also make it so that less medicalized birth is more popular and safe by creating some kinda invisible remote diagnostics systems that a midwife can even put at peoples homes... so medical intervention can still be fast & safe if needed but birthing places can be free of all the beeping instrumentation and just be calm serene places as long as everythings ok with mom and baby... even this idea of "contractions are 5min apart, we gotta rush to this unfamiliar big building full of cold bright lights and high ceilings and scary equipment!" is extremely unnatural. i kinda suspect that a good number of women have difficult births and cant tap into that oxytocin rush just because its such a cold and unloving sterile setting so i want that gone ... and plus it means more hot vids for me cuz without medical staff swarming around and all this shit strapped onto them, it seems like women naturally want to strip when theyre in labor ^^ ...id also make it so yelling "push!!!!!" isnt normal... like bruh, the lady knows what to do lol, she could hardly NOT push if she tried...
