With regards to the fetish, I would keep it mainly the same. What I would do is change the sexual dynamic with pregnant women. I would make it so that pregnant women (or I guess women in general) have a greater craving for sex, while the sex drive of other men decreases. So guys would constantly have women hitting on them, and most of the time the woman would get rejected. Or as a guy going on a dating app, you get flooded with women trying to hook up with you. I would also increase the number of single pregnant women in the dating pool. I've often thought that guys who are into BBWs have it pretty good. Because BBWs aren't stereotypically attractive to most guys, there are a lot of fat women who struggle to find a partner. So if you're a guy who's into that, you're like a kid in a candy store.

Remove communism and the internet.

As much as I wish I could say my first action would not be to indulge my fetish...i can't. I would indulge for...24 hours. After my lust had been satiated, i would go to work on my local state government. We are over run by hollow headed liberals that are reducing my second amendment right to less than rubble.
