i like pregnant women and i like BBW (and SSBBW to a point). for me, it's the bellies and weight gaining. Both get big bellies, and both have growing/softening curves. But again, that's just me.

For me, none at all. The look of a pregnant belly and the belly of a woman that's just fat is entirely different.

As a man a that loves round bellies regardless of context I can see the similarities, pregnant bellies are round while fat bellies can be round, also I think feederism has a play in all of this, for those not I the know feederism is basically a fetish that revolves around people eating, feederism normally results in people gaining weight and fat people have more appetite so they eat more so it’s like a never ending cycle. People like myself who is into feederism and bbw we for some reason most of us have an affinity for fat women with fat butts and round bellies you see it everywhere on sites like Deviantart/YouTube.

Hey, if we're talking about preferences let me throw my hat into the ring. I prefer bbws like I cannot see myself with a thin woman/average woman because I love the exaggerated feminine features of a bbw, a ridiculously large butt and thick thighs are like the best fucking things in existence, and their big warm bodies... is amazing. I've never liked bbw's myself, but I can see why someone would like both bbw's and preggos. Both fetishes speak to an innate desire for a fertile mate and healthy offspring.
Bigger bellies, bigger breasts, bigger hips and thighs, etc.: these are common to both preggos and bbw's and they signify that a woman can carry and nourish children. At least, that's what the caveman part of our brain thinks.
In reality, though, overweight and obese women are more likely to have fertility problems, which makes it ironic that preggos and fat/chubby women are often lumped together in fetish communities.

I’ve always had a preference for the slightly meatier girls.  Truthfully, for me, the face is the most important part of my physical attraction to women, pregnant or not, chubby or slender.  So, I like BBWs with pretty faces.  My favorites are the rare ones who are very chubby but have hot, slender-ish faces: minimal double chin, no jowls, face not too round or cheeky.  If a girl meets that criteria then it’s a lot easier for me to find her attractive whether she’s 100 pounds or 300 pounds.  Attaching my favorite examples of that below.

So yeah, I would say there’s a correlation for me. Also have a bit of a fetish for hot skinny girls that gain weight (just like watching a growing pregnant belly). One of my hottest HS classmates (cheerleader, played soccer, ran track, homecoming queen, a face fit for the cover of Vogue) gained about 100lbs in college. Since we went to the same college and had the same major we saw each other a lot. She still had that skinny supermodel face even after her thighs surpassed her original waist size, and she still carried herself like she was hot shit. That was a fucking delight to watch, lemme tell ya.
