Did either woman do anything spectacular like pose nude or did a sex tape while pregnant? Otherwise being pregnant isn't that much of a factor than personal preferences on who's hotter by default. Like yeah Salma had a bigger belly but her surgeries messed up her face compared to Penelope who didn't butchered her face, but had a smaller belly.
