I have a few. Someone mentioned women who have multiple pregnancies and I absolutely love that. My father was the oldest of 13, his mom having had two sets of twins and my mom was the youngest of 7. I love knowing women who allow their men to get them pregnant as many times as they like. I know that when I was inside my wife and she was bearing children, I would ask her if I could get her pregnant. The answer was always "Yes" and I would cum so hard inside her knowing that she wanted my baby batter inside her. I have those same thoughts when it comes to knowing other women like that. I am one of five and so is my wife and I love thinking of my mother-in-law letting her husband impregnate her five times, at least. For me, I impregnated my wife 7 times but we lost three of them.

That being said, I love surrogate moms, women who carry other people's babies. I have spoken with many women over the years who loved being pregnant and while most say they enjoy helping childless couples, I do think a lot of it is the personal pleasure of carrying the baby and the body changes they experience. It is sort of like women who secretly breastfeed their children into school age allowing their children to wean at 8 and 9 years old. They say they are doing it for the children but I believe a lot of them enjoy being suckled and producing milk. But I digress. I especially love older women who who are surrogates and grandmothers who carry their own grandchildren for their daughters. It's not only about the pregnancy, but for a lover of breasts, especially lactating/milk producing breasts, it is so wonderful to know that women still will put their bodies through the pregnancy and breast growth. You'd be surprised to know that there is documentation of older women (50 and 60 year olds) who breastfeed their grand children and not just dry suckling but the grandmothers eventually produce milk and breastfeed for years after having been dry for 15 or 20 years.

I'd say that's a pretty early 'odd kink' I've had with the pregnancy fetish which has never entirely gone away as the years have gone by. 

Another one would be hearing (and seeing) a woman complain about her pregnant bump, how big it is e.t.c... As if she kind-of regrets the pregnancy but is obviously too far down the line to do anything about it other than to go through with it - if that makes sense.

Its actually not thaaat odd. I like ultrasounds on big bellies. Love the squirting of the tube of ultrasound jelly on the big round exposed tummy.And I also love the "whoosh whoosh whoosh" of the doppler heartbeat.
