Apologies for missing this the first time round, but I can certainly relate to most of this. One thing I've said in recent years is that as I've got older, there's just 'something' about women getting pregnant towards the end of their fertile lives - so typically those in their early/mid forties as you say. There are times where I find them much more attractive than those 15-20 years younger. There's a few models out there online around this age range who clearly haven't experienced a pregnancy (or if they have, they're bellies have recovered extremely well) that I'd absolutely love to see them go through - whether on purpose or by accident. 

I work with two women who very much fit into this category. One is 42 and the other just turned 46 a few days ago. One is a mother of two and the other is a mother of one. You'd genuinely be hard-pushed to tell either of them had been through a pregnancy to look at them (obviously with clothes on - I can only fantasise otherwise!) and both of them look as if they're in their early/mid thirties rather than 40s. I'd love to see either of them go through another but given conversations from them, it's highly unlikely for either of them to go through another. I was fortunate enough to witness the growing bump (clothed, of course) of the 42 year old in the past. I believe the 46 year old was 'all belly' and sadly she went through her one and only pregnancy about three years before I joined the company. I bet that one potentially would have been one of those epic pregnancies.

I have a bit of a weird combination. I love ultrasounds and have done Roleplay pregnancy ultrasounds before but I also like when a womans bladder is full during her ultrasound and the technician just keeps pushing on their bellies and wondering how they would feel.

Never got to experience being with a girl for ultrasound. Bet it would be hot to watch.

I just get aroused at ultrasounds. Good to know other people love a big belly with ultrasound goo being squirted on it. I love seeing the technician move the transducer over the belly. Roleplay ultrasound sounds fun. And when they do just a doppler checkup! I just love seeing it pressed into the belly and the heartbeat sound so much. Rounder the belly and bigger the better.

I like the whole 'loss of control' angle. They might have made the choice to get pregnant, they might not have. But during the pregnancy, they're completely at the mercy of their own body. What foods they can eat, what positions they can sleep in, sit in, stand in, fuck in, having to rush to the bathroom every 10 minutes... none of it is in their control, they have to simply accept it and try to cope.

And then there's the birth, the ultimate embodiment of loosing control. Their body rebels against them, hurts them, reduces them to their most primal self to try to push the baby out. even when they are able to push, it's not taking control, it's giving into their body's desperate urges.

I know, kinda creepy look at it, but I enjoy the complete loss of control.

I've always been embarrassed to admit that I really love the discomfort of pregnancy. I love when a woman gets in way over her head and has a pregnancy that really takes over her body. The idea of a woman at some point becoming unhappy with her situation but just having no choice but to continue to grow is really enticing to me, and I've always felt a little sick in the head for it because it makes me sound sadistic. Obviously I don't want anything to ultimately harm the woman or her child, but I do love the idea of a woman voluntarily wanting to become pregnant with her partner only to be miserable with how pregnant she becomes. The idea that at one point she asked to be this way only to later regret it is very hot to me but I've always been embarrassed to admit it.

I wouldn't call any of my related kinks "embarrassing", especially telling it on a forum like this. But I have to agree with others here that the lack of control brought on by pregnancy is probably my weirdest related kink.

A woman's entire body surrenders to her pregnancy: her breasts engorge and leak, her belly takes over her entire frame, her bladder is unpredictable, hormones skyrocket to mind-bending levels, and she'll eventually have the uncontrollable urge to push when the end has come. Even if she absolutely loves pregnancy and intentionally chose this, she never knows what she's in for until it happens. I normally don't identify as a sadist at all, but something about how pregnancy naturally controls her at every stage is incredibly hot. And all it takes to do that is an act as simple and pleasurable as sex!

reddit definitely made me realise I have a pee kink anyway but when it’s a pregnant woman cause of how she looks and that the pregnancy is half causing the need to pee it drives me wild
