Pregnancy and horror make a compelling and very hot combination. In fact, some of the best films that feature pregnancy have been horror films. So I wanted to get a discussion going on this topic and see what you all think. What's your favourite pregnancy horror movies? If you have links to videos feel free to post them here. Wow really? I didn't think a movie from the late 1960s could be good considering they were limited to what they could show on screen in those days. I'll have to check it out.

I really find “Primal” arousing from the still images and shirt gifs I’ve found on the Tumblr “Belly Guide” ....something about being impregnated against your will and feeling your belly expand quickly and bursting through your clothes and watching your belly squirm and ripple erotically with so many alien offspring baby movements just gets me so wet. Not a fan of the bursting or gross endings but the woman’s face almost looks like she’s in pain/pleasure. I wish there were more horror pregnancies where the woman likes the big expanding quickly belly, why do they always have to die or get ripped open...why not just have them orgasm as they give birth vaginally to all the offspring as she’s impregnated immediately after giving birth, that’s still pretty horrific because her ordeal isn’t over.

Great feedback!! It's always refreshing to get a female's take on pregnancy fetish. The version you described is indeed arousing and it made me so hard reading and visualizing the erotic scene unfold. I think why we don't see this depicted in horror films is because it is a beautiful concept. In horror, the character is not supposed to like what is happening to them. It's not horror if the character is not terrified or meets a bloody end. The erotic impregnation scenario in which the woman enjoys the belly expansion and birth would be considered fantasy not horror. I will certainly take your view on this into consideration when I write future stories, make animations or create drawings. I have visited the "Belly Guide" before and it is indeed full of a wealth of good pregnancy belly content.

What do you think about horror movies where the baby controls the mother from inside the womb making her murder people? There have been a few good movies based on this. Alison Brie starred in one back in 2007 called "Born" The streaming service Shudder has what looks to be a good one called "Prevenge" I haven't got around to watching it yet but I'm excited to see it.

That pilot was nice. Love how huge the preggo's belly was. This needs to be picked up by a major studio so it can be produced with better visual effects and acting. I'm hoping for a belly-busting birth at some point but I have a feeling it's probably not likely to happen.
