Hello fellows, I've been on cb for couple years now and have got in contact with a lot of them personally and asked some of them to meet me irl, are they genuine people and trusting in actually meeting? Need some help and advice. I feel like I keep getting lied to

And then few weeks later I hear back from her and hear her story about her belongings. Now we got back in contact and she tells me that she wants to bring her daughter out from the icu since during birth there was some complications. So now I've sent to get her daughter out from hospital and she said she would come but since that day I haven't heard from her again. What you guys take on this? Is she lying to me?

I mean I can't know for sure but it seems convenient that she always has an excuse. What do you mean you "sent" for her? Did you pay money to her in exchange for things outside of CB? If you did then I can say 100% its lie everytime.
