 That was a nice tease. Yeah, the problem with those little known independent films is they go out of print after a few years. There are so many good gems that are impossible to find now. I'm doing my best to get DVD copies of the ones that can still be found.

I've seen that trailer yeah. Pretty good birth scene.

I've seen a few over the years. As an avid horror movie fan I've seen some odd pregnancies in horror movies. Evil offspring I remember stumbling upon in middle school. Evil dead knock off basically. 2 tree rapes end in giant belly and gave birth to a demon creature. There was also evil aliens. Aliens were putting embryos in women and the aliens grew into their host and basically took over them. There was one other I can't remember the name of where some demon inpregnanted a highschooler after her and her friends visited some supposed cult property.
I'm surprised no one mentioned dawn of the dead. That was a nice belly. Even before she turned into a zombie. There was 2 masters of horror episodes/mini movies pro life and sick girl.

All great minds really fo think alike.  Yes, I agree the Dawn of the dead 2004 remake pregnancy scenes were hot. I actually did mention it in my initial post that started this thread but I made a mistake and called it 'Day' Of The Dead instead of 'Dawn'. It sucks that you can't edit threads after they have been posted for a while.

I remember stumbling upon it on YouTube years ago in middle school. There's also this other movie calledgrey skies that does have a pregnancy until the end. I remember one other zombie movie with a pregnant woman getting turned into a zombie besides dawn of the dead and day of the dead 2. I remembered it was either on syfy or chiller. It was really brief. The main cast found her in an ambulance or a car on a bridge then as they were running a zombie bit her ankle or heel. I think they had to cut the baby out of her before she turned then the baby turned as well sadly. 

The hills run red has a belly near the end.

 The SyFi channel series Z-Nation has a very nice heavily pregnant woman who appeared in a few episodes of the first and second seasons. Her story arc begins when one of the main characters Murphy has a fling with her then she shows up later revealing she is pregnant with his baby. She gives birth then sadly is bitten by a pack of zombies and is turned and has to be put down.

I was unaware of that movie. I did some checking and found that it was released four years ago. I ordered a DVD copy from eBay.
