I feel like there should be an official thread for discussing any movies or TV shows that feature pregnancy. (I figured I'd make a thread for movies and TV in general instead of another individual thread for just one movie.)

I like seeing women wearing fake bellies in commercials. I've seen a lot more since 2019. The best fake bellies in car commercials are: the Subaru one with the latino woman in the water & in the wild, the old Lexas commercial with the pregnant woman & her kid, the commercial with a white woman wearing a yellow shirt while her kid was playing soccer & recently: that bank commercial with the "1st time mom" & the credit commercial with the white woman that does this cool limo parking then we see her being huge in the middle. I still remember a Comcast commercial a few years ago where a woman bought some food & she had an innie belly button & you could see it through her shirt.

Just an update on this character. In "Avatar: The Way of Water", the pregnant character in question is named Ronal (Pronounced ro-nail, for those confused), the spiritual leader of the Metkayina Clan, the ocean and reef Na'vi people of Pandora. Kate Winslet will play Ronal and has said in an interview that there will be an underwater birthing ceremony at some point in the film. Interesting fact, she was able to hold her breath for 7 minutes underwater.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022)

If I had a nickel for every time a blockbuster this year has a water birth, I'd have 2 nickels. It's not alot but it's weird that it happened twice.
