 Unfortunately, it appears that this film has been taken out of circulation. It cannot be streamed or purchased anymore. I'm not sure why this has happened. I remember getting the dvd from Netflix years ago but now that is no longer an option. The same thing is going to happen to Anti-Birth (2016) eventually so if you haven't got a chance to see it now would be the time to track it down. The only place I could find Anti-Birth was amazon prime. It is currently available to rent for $3.99 or purchase for $14.99. Personally I think Anti-Birth is a much better film than Born but I would still like to own a copy of Born because knocked up Alison Brie was sexy af.

I can't believe I forgot to include these two in my initial list. There are just so many good pregnancy horror movies out there and I've seen hundreds of them so understandably I would forget to mention a few.

Not a fan of the bursting or gross endings but the woman’s face almost looks like she’s in pain/pleasure. I wish there were more horror pregnancies where the woman likes the big expanding quickly belly, why do they always have to die or get ripped open...why not just have them orgasm as they give birth vaginally to all the offspring as she’s impregnated immediately after giving birth, that’s still pretty horrific because her ordeal isn’t over.

The version you described is indeed arousing and it made me so hard reading and visualizing the erotic scene unfold. I think why we don't see this depicted in horror films is because it is a beautiful concept. In horror, the character is not supposed to like what is happening to them. It's not horror if the character is not terrified or meets a bloody end. The erotic impregnation scenario in which the woman enjoys the belly expansion and birth would be considered fantasy not horror. I will certainly take your view on this into consideration when I write future stories, make animations or create drawings. I have visited the "Belly Guide" before and it is indeed full of a wealth of good pregnancy belly content.

What do you think about horror movies where the baby controls the mother from inside the womb making her murder people? There have been a few good movies based on this. Alison Brie starred in one back in 2007 called "Born" The streaming service Shudder has what looks to be a good one called "Prevenge" I haven't got around to watching it yet but I'm excited to see it.

I love how big and round her belly gets in Born! When she gets up from the table is my favourite scene because she just so full and her belly jiggles just a bit. Love how her clothes couldn’t contain her anymore.

I like when the woman has control but wants to be impregnated. I get the interest in “breaking” a woman and bringing her over to the “dark side” though or making her do things against her will would be what some are into, it’s like a control thing! Personally I like the letting go of some control but enjoying what’s being done to me. I understand how for some men you want to be able to control a woman completely mind body and womb.

 Alison Brie was awesome in Born (2007) It's a shame that movie has virtually disappeared and cannot be found on streaming services or for purchase anywhere. It is definitely a pregnant horror gem. Having control over someone is a dominant trait and yes men are more likely to be wired that way than women because it is in our primal nature to be dominant however some women enjoy dominating men as well. There is basically an entire culture of doms and subs where both men and women play both roles. Dom women Sub men and dom men sub women. Some people like to be submissive while others enjoy being dominant.
