A lot of these pregnancy related horror movies are pretty bad in terms of plot and script but there is some good belly content. Far too many of them involve the death of the pregnant character, ie. Species 2 which I find distasteful.

They're called horror films for a reason. Blood, guts and gore are what horror is all about. Species 2 is one of my favourites! Indeed it is distasteful to kill someone in real life but it is not distasteful to kill a character in a make-believe movie.

Has nobody mentioned the TV version of The Haunting of Hill House? It has an interesting pregnancy-related horror scene where I'd be lying if I said it didn't turn on me on a tad despite its horrific premise.

I have not seen any version of The Haunting Of Hill House. I’ll have to look up the tv version you are referring to.

(March 2, 2020, 5:18 am)ripeness I really find “Primal” arousing from the still images and shirt gifs I’ve found on the Tumblr “Belly Guide” ....something about being impregnated against your will and feeling your belly expand quickly and bursting through your clothes and watching your belly squirm and ripple erotically with so many alien offspring baby movements just gets me so wet. Not a fan of the bursting or gross endings but the woman’s face almost looks like she’s in pain/pleasure. I wish there were more horror pregnancies where the woman likes the big expanding quickly belly, why do they always have to die or get ripped open...why not just have them orgasm as they give birth vaginally to all the offspring as she’s impregnated immediately after giving birth, that’s still pretty horrific because her ordeal isn’t over.

I totally agree with you! I love bursting/popping but the gore/aliens are gross, and the characters always die . "Imminent" bursting is the bigger turn on for me. I love the idea of belly expansion being orgasmic for the woman. Has everyone seen Mellisandre's demon birth scene from Game of Thrones? Best pregnant scene ever! Hard to tell whether she's in pain or actually enjoying it

A friend of mine turned me onto a British horror flick called "Await Further Instructions" A pregnant woman is part of the cast of characters who find themselves trapped in a house by an unknown force. In case you haven't seen it yet I won go into spoilers however I will say the end is capped by one of the darkest and most twisted births I have ever seen. The film is currently available on Netflix streaming. There isn't much to see in the first 20 to 30 minutes but once the crazy stuff starts happening the movie gets creepy and interesting. To save you the trouble I made an edit featuring all of the good scenes involving the pregnant woman. My edit runs 11min 38sec

Here you go, buddy. I tracked the movie down on Amazon Prime. Had to rent it for $2.99. I was disappointed that they did not show her belly expand and it just split open without a gore fulled burst like I was hoping for. Other than that the scene plays out nicely. Just the idea of her wishing to be pregnant then it happening in a horrifying way makes this a hot gem. Enjoy!

There's this 2017 movie titled The Spawning. It's about alien impregnating and eating fetus. Unfortunately, I can't find this movie anywhere online. The website, spawninghorror.com is no longer available as well, but there's trailer and an amazing preview scene of a woman giving birth to a monster on Youtube.
