Today I saw a pregnant lady and her family use the swimming pool of my local condominium/apartment, and yes though she attracted my attention, I too spotted someone filming her indiscreetly, making her extremely uncomfortable.
I won't go into the ethics of filming people for your own consumption but please at least don't be so blatant about it.

The male is in his late 20s/early 30s so I assume anyone with internet access could potentially be a member here so I'll say this -
I understand the urge to want to capture a piece of beauty but please understand that the person across your camera lens is a human too with feelings, emotions, and the right for privacy. 
What you're doing is at the simplest, making her day uncomfortable or at the harshest (especially in some nations), considered illegal. If you are extremely uncomfortable being filmed imagine what it's like being a pregnant woman with a stranger filming you.
If I see her content posted on this site I would have to call it out, I'm sorry. 
Please at least have some respect for pregnant women.

At the end of the day you're in public and you have no privacy so he has the right to do whatever. We all do. Dontike being filmed dont be in public. No matter how creepy it might have he does have the right. Also did you say anything to this person

I don't get it. Are you condemning candids in general or are you condemning people who aren't discreet with recording women in public? Also, did the woman notice him recording or are you going off from your perspective? And lastly, you're preaching to the choir at this point. Not to mention the type of people that you're calling out will neither pay attention to this thread, nor will have a change of heart after being asked to stop.

Not condemning candids. I am against it in general but I won't go there. I'm just bothered that the guy filming a candid couldn't even be bothered with being discreet about it.
I thought it's extremely unnecessary to inflict such anxiety on the person on the other end.

There's your law, and there's my law. There's no "the law". What applies to your county/town/country does not necessarily apply as "the law" to the rest of the world, you don't know what the situation is like for OP wherever he's from.
Plus I'm sure everyone gets it but you. OP isn't discussing laws and consequences, he simply wishes people have greater respect and etiquette, though this is the internet with all sorts of creeps so that's debatable as well.
