The 2 are:

Try clearing your browsing history. That fixes 99% of all website problems.

These occur because the site needs to be moved to a new host. I agree, it is quite annoying.

things take time and site is awesome but there is few issues

Site migrations are not things you rush to completion. Take baby steps. Test, retest, and test again. Expansion Mansion is a cautionary tale in this - they were doing a combined server move + forum software switch. I don't know exactly what happened, but their web guy accidentally and irreversibly nuked several years worth of forum content in the process.
