After going through some posts on the Celeb section, I honestly think people here have a Vendetta for reality stars as opposed to traditional ones. Has it always been this way, or are do people here just love to complain in spite?

It's mostly people just complaining since I doubt anyone here even watches the Kardashians, Beyonce, or any other reality show, let alone even talk about them. It makes a thread here pointless when people spend more time bitching and whining about how terrible they think the celeb is than their actual pregnancy.

Has it always been this way, or are do people here just love to complain in spite? It's because unlike music stars, actors, star athletes, successful businessmen, etc., most reality tv "stars" haven't done anything to really warrant their celebrity status. Of course, it doesn't help that millions of people across the country seem to love their shows. Can't fault the tv producers for giving the people what they want.
For me, as long as they're not shoving their merchandise in my face, or spamming any other channel than the one that they're currently in, I don't have a problem with the Kardashians. Besides, they're considered saints compared to these so called "Internet celebrities" like Logan Paul, RiceGum, or any other 20 something year old who's straight up cancerous and get away with it.

To me the Kardashians are just as cancerous as Logan Paul. The difference is Logan Paul isn't being pushed as some sort of cultural icon like the Kardashians are. Really? I mean yeah they're all over the teen and fashion worlds, but that's where I mostly see them at. They haven't touched the music, sports, or movie industry for the most part which is all I care for honestly. All I see of them are pop culture "role models" that will be surpassed within the next decade by another "role model" that the younger generation will grab upon to. Trust me, it's only going to get worse from here.
Well first off I never really cared that much about all the big known celebrities of today. The only reason why the Kardashians are rich and famous is because of their father who was O. J. Simpsons lawyer. Could care less about the Williams sisters. Don't really care about Beyonce.
It wasn't like Brie Bella & Trish Stratus where I went gaga over their pregnant bellies. I really love more of the porn stars who get pregnant and show off their bellies. I also like old pregnant celebrity pics that I can find.
I haven't have cable in over 5 years, so almost every reminiscence of them is nonexistent I got really tired of paying over $100 a month for channels that I've never watched. At the time I picked up a 60 mile range over the air antenna for little under $80, and I haven't looked back. Although I do miss ESPN since I'm a huge basketball fan and the college games and playoffs that they air on the local channels haven't been enough for me, so I'd usually had to drive over to my buddy's house and watch the regular games there.

Don't worry you're not missing much. The only main thing that you need from a regular cable company is the WiFi.The regular cable news moves slow due to the advent of social media. You got Netflix, Hulu, Vudoo, The Firestick if Jail broken and the news stations who have their own website to watch tv shows, etc.Otherwise everything else is just grey, dull, and boring. | |||||||||||||||||||
