Do You Guys Think Goku Defeats Jiren?

Is there any doubt? Though it would be nice if someone else other than Goku beats the big baddie. This show is starting to suffer a bit from Dragon Ball GT syndrome of everyone being useless except Goku.

i knew about Dragon ball GT but i never watched entirely, now with DBSuper the only thing that hook me up was the Tournament; i´ve been watching every episode of this saga; each character had their moment and i felt it fine. some other wanted Vegeta and Goku becoming Vegito and defeat Jiren; but well i think after a long time the producers wanted to give more protagonism to Goku maybe for Nostalgic strategies.

i know what you mean, making other characters useless except goku, haha (he fought with beerus, He defeated Frieza and no vegeta, He Fights the final showdown now)

In this SAGA People say he is gonna loose or both Jiren and Goku are going to fall from stage and Frieza is gonna win the tournament. who knows what is gonna happen

The problem that people have with Super is that it is all over the place and there is one too many writers working on each episode.Akira Toriyama just creates a manuscript for the writers to work with and they go from there.

There is also the whole pecking order of who is the strongest and who is the weakest. We all knew that the Final 3 last standing members of Universe 7 was going to be Goku, Vegeta, and Freiza. While Krillin, Roshi, and Tien were going to be the first 3 eliminated.

Dragon Ball GT is non-cannon to the Dragon Ball series as a whole. Ever since they introduced Super Saiyan God in Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods. The 3 possible ways for the Universal Survival Arc to end are as Followed:

1) Goku beat Jerin
2) Goku & Jerin double eliminate each other and it ends in a 'TIE' until they realize that Freiza has never been eliminated from the Tournament.
3) Time runs out and Universe 7 wins because of numbers because of Frieza not being eliminated.

I totally agree with that Super suffers a bit from poor writing. You can tell with the TOP arc(Tournament of Power), that writers didn't have a structured framework with the way they haphazardly brought in characters that would inexplicably disappear for long stretches of episodes. Though, I the Goku Black is best arc of the series by far in my humble opinion.

Sorry to bring up a necropost, but is anyone else sick of hearing about the Royal Family? I get that they're a big thing over in England and several countries in Europe, but why is it that almost every time I turn on to watch the news, it's always something about the Royal Wedding or why this person disagrees what Meghan Markle says or whatever?

And this isn't the first time either. Every wedding, birth, retirement, ceremony, pretty much anything that family does for some reason is worth broadcasting over here. And I thought the Kardashians were being overexposed, at least I can say is that they're mostly kept on one channel, as opposed to being on every single major news outlet and late night TMZ type show like the Queen and her family.

Our esteemed media networks can't be bothered to report on anything other than Trump, the British Royals or the occasional shooting. It's like they can't be bothered to report on anything else and they wonder why many Americans don't trust them anymore.

Like it or not, Trump is constantly big news (as was Obama, and W, and...) and shootings are going to get increasingly more attention.

Also, TV news sucks. The cable networks provide too much opinion and confirmation bias and not enough actual news, local news is too self-important, and the news arms of the broadcast networks are irrelevant dinosaurs (although the Sunday morning shows can be good). Anyone who watches that shit has only themselves to blame.

I forgive you. We all have a part in this post dying cause all non-Trump/British Family stuff has been thrown under the rug. 'Tis the Season of learning what happens to the Royal Family and Trump making himself look like an ass. For some weird magical reason we people here in America love the Queen & her family. We have Social Media accounts that tell us the news a lot faster then the news that is broadcasted.

Currently T.V.Shows are being cancelled or heading into a Season Finale. There is one show that was renewed for a 3rd Season then got cancelled and is looking to join Netflix. Otherwise this is the current trend. I'll stick with my Anime cause real T.V. shows minus the ones I like and Sports don't make me sad.
