Her band size goes up to 48, but the cup depends exactly on what you mean by "she adds 2 cup sizes".

In terms of boob volume, when you go up a band (like from 44 -> 46) size, you also go down a cup size (so from DDD -> DD). So, if "adding 2 cup sizes" means that her boob volume increases by 2 arbitrary cup volumes (I don't actually know what amount of volume is added by going up a cup size), she would end up as a 48DDD.

If "adding 2 cup sizes" means adding 2 more cups of volume on top of the 2 needed to end up as a 48DDD, then she would be a 48H (which would be a 48FFF, but I don't think that is an official size).

Pregnancy is the best way to enlarge a woman's breasts in my opinion.

When I met my wife 11 years ago, she was a solid C cup. I could could grab all of her boob with a hand with a little room to spare. Two ***s later, she's easily a DD (though she swears she isn't). There's so much spillage when I hold them. Sadly, she hates them, but she knows how much I love them.
