I was wondering if anyone here knew of any scientific studies or online forums that were dedicated to prenatal and postnatal healthy diet and exercise programs.
Bonus points if any of them provided a program with knowledge and tips on how to help a woman's belly and breasts grow safely and healthfully more than they otherwise would during pregnancy without said program. Thanks!

I hate to break it to you bro but 99.999999999% of the world population don't want belly fat so I don't think anyone is doing research on what you're wanting.

Birth control pills can cause a lot of the effects on a woman’s body you are interested in. Weight gain is the primary side effect women on birth control experience and it has been proven that contraceptives can even effect the shape of a woman’s body over time and can cause temporary breast growth.
Birth control pills are synthetic forms of the hormones females naturally produce therefore when taken they cause a spike in a woman’s hormone levels. The hormones that trigger weight gain and breast growth are increased.
These changes in hormone levels can certainly lead to a woman ending up more busty and fatter while pregnant than she would have been without spiked hormone levels.

I'm looking primarily for studies that specifically target the increased development of the contents of a woman's uterus or breast tissue while she's pregnant or lactating. I know it's atypical to be looking for such information but I was hoping there might be studies like this to help malnourished pregnant women and that those studies could be applied to all pregnant women.
I imagine there are certain types of nutrition programs or foods that are conducive to the growth of a pregnant woman's belly for the health of her fetus and not just for the sake of packing on worthless fat that adds no benefit to mother or her unborn.

Simple, yet complicated: you don't as far as my own checks on this subject is concerned. Really, the best way to achieve such results in the short term (yes, unfortunately only short term, nothing lasts) is most likely to either get pregnant with more than one child or you get the genetic lottery and found out that a pregnant woman's mother or those before happened to have the right genetic soup to initiate large uterine and breast growth during pregnancy and lactation to the pregnant woman in question. However, I might have heard somewhere that eating palm date fruit might help with developing appropriate breast tissue in women, so we can start on that. Oh, and one more thing, if the pregnant woman is small and the father of the unborn child happens to be a big guy, it's pretty likely that the resulting baby bump would be pretty large, at least from the sample sizes that I've seen thus far.

Oh, a fun fact: the ethnicity that is most likely to bear twins are the Yoruba people in Africa, but here's the catch: they eat a specific species of yam that has this natural form of plant-based oestrogen called a "phytoestrogen" that induces ovulation in both ovaries, making multiple pregnancies to be more likely. And of course, MILFs aged 40 and up tend to be more likely to get pregnant with multiples due to their faltering reproductive organs, which has the tendency to cause ovulation for both ovaries and couple with the fact that eggs from older women tend to have some "defects" that would be make it more likely to split into two zygotes once fertilized.

Hmm, very interesting! Between this and palm date fruit I think I have found some foods to start feeding my girl when we start trying
