The above post comes pretty close to being the ultimate fantasy for one angle of my attraction.
But there’s another angle, too. In the pre-internet days of my misspent youth, I had no way of knowing whether or not I was the only one on earth with these thoughts. I didn’t have a name for it, but it turns out I’m not unique, and these thoughts have a name.
Autogynephilia is thought to be present in ip to 4-5% of men in western culture.
Defined as the tendency of a male to become aroused by the thought of himself as a female. It differs from “classic” transvestism in that the subject, even when fantasizing about sex with a male partner, does not desire that partner per se, but the experience of being the woman fantasized about.
It is frequently associated with a particular aspect of femininity, For some it is acting in ways typically perceived as feminine, for others, it is wearing women's clothing.
Still others focus on having female breastd and/or a vagina. These desires cam be present singularly or together with each other, or with yet another focus- physiological processes unique to females. Sometimes, menstruation takes center stage, but most often, it’s pregnancy.

Years of practice and mental discipline have made this world increasingly accessible and shockingly lifelike and vivid.
Basically, it’s meditation based. Through an elaborate and detailed set of mental exercises and visualizations, I am able to convincingly lose myself and find “the girl”
Just who she is and what her particular set if circumstances are may change, but she is always attractive, frequently in her teens or early to mid 20s. She is either already pregnant, or will soon become so. Moreover, her existence soon seems entirely independent and separate grom my own. I can occupy her mind and body, but she goes about her life whether I do or not.
In the past, I found the wall separating her world and life from my own tended to become thin without regular maintenance. When your most frequent and heartfelt conversations are with other young, expecting mommies, when you danxiously check babycenter’s pregnancy tracker first thing in the morning and look forward to the release of forever21’s summer line of maternity wear, because you’re convinced you’ll look SO cute in that rutched side 3/4 sleeve blouse, its time to reassess everything from the foundations up.The latter part of the piece linked to was written by Janette Hamlin, one of the girls from over there. I know it was my hand that did the typing, but I remember next to nothing about doing it. Its her work, and at five days overdue, she wanted a project to distract her.
Fortunately, I came back. Exiting that world now requires as much care and preparation as entering it. This has nit only allowed me to regain mental health, its placed me more solidly in the world I inhabit at any given moment.
Its not quite complete, im thinking of adding more detail about the mental processes involved as applied to the look and feel of each girls slowly but surely pregnancy.
Also, without approaching anything near the detail and length of Janette’s bit, I might add some biographical details of the some of the more interesting girls I’ve come to know.
- The fallen high school honor student.
-single and unexpectedly pregnant, i am resigned to single motherhood. When I meet a cute guy early on before I start showing, sparks fly. I’ve got to tell him sooner or later, what then?
- The babysitter
-The pregnant doula
-Teacher with a secret.
-The surrogate with a bumble/tinder/POF account
-Knocked up abroad, executive edition.
-Remarried mother of teens with something i need to tell everyone.
