The best way a pregnant woman can seduce me is to strip naked. But if that is not possible exposing her nice protruding belly would be extremely effective. With that said any type of top, she has outgrown to the point the belly hangs out below is hot af. As for bottoms, I love leggings and sweat pants. No bra. I love seeing pregnant nipples poking through tops. If she wears a bra it should be the wrong size so her breasts are spilling out of it and it looks like the clasps will break at any minute. The best footwear for a pregnant woman in my opinion is flip-flops. They give her that barefoot and pregnant look that always turns me on. Jewelry should be limited to a simple necklace and wrist bracelet, maybe some small earrings. The mom next door look is the best look. Any hairstyle will work as long as it is not a boy cut.

With the exception to nudity any anything form fitting or slightly too small will work on me. Something like leggings and off-shoulder top would be more than enough to incapacitate me despite how underlying mundane the outfit is. Bonus points for skindentation.

I really dig the plain underwear look in my eyes: a lot of luscious skin exposed, but not too much.

Footwear? I'm not personally bothered. If I had to make a choice, none preferably.

As for bottoms, tops e.t.c... Good old fashioned underwear would do me fine. Maybe lacy? If she was to wear any top, it would have to be a crop top to show at very least a good portion of bare belly skin. 

Jewelry? Again, I'm not bothered. I just don't like pierced belly buttons - I prefer them natural. Anything else - go right ahead... 

Hairstyle? I've always preferred women with hair on the longer side (at least shoulder length) than short.

When it comes to appearance, 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder' as they say.
