Would say its like talking to pregnant women in real life and dating sites. You can ask them like how they are feeling and how far along they are, but they are still a person

You just gotta keep trying. Every once in a while I'll have a good conversation with a pregnant woman, and if I'm lucky, I even get some of her contact info!
