Complaining of a kidney stone and coming out with triplets. They didn't see THAT coming.

Was probably a combination of a well below average baby bump, and she already has some fat on her stomach.

I'm a bit skeptical. I can understand if it's one baby but triplets? Even an obese woman would show a decent belly especially at 34 weeks.
