Incubus: New Beginnings. The premise of this film is a Incubus demon terrorises a group of women who he wants to impregnate. The film was supposed to be released last year but appeared to be delayed but now it looks like it's getting a release soon with the emergence of this new trailer:

The trailer doesn't show any pregnancy content so it remains to be seen how much if any pregnant related scenes there is in this movie.

A forthcoming episode of Doctor Who looks like it has a pregnant woman in it. The one on the left in this picture. Or am I just seeing things?

The Only Fools and Horses episode From Prussia With Love (season 5, episode 1) has a huge pregnant German woman in it. I remember being absolutely fascinated with this episode for that reason as a kid.

Mel's pregnancies are a major focus in the show. Shes absolutely stunning in the show ?

There's a few other characters who get pregnant/give birth throughout the show. If you haven't watched it yet, you gotta.

One that might not be known that well is an Aussie show we had here called Offspring

The show focuses on Nina and her siblings lives. She's a midwife so there's definitely plenty of pregnant women throughout the show, but in the later seasons Nina gets pregnant too.

It has some really hot scenes in it too where she describes how horny she is because of her pregnancy.
