I just watched immaculate at the cinema not the greatest horror film in the world asin its barely a horror film. Some gory scenes but that's it. 

The bare bump scenes very good though with decent water break too and a chase while in labor scene worth a watch(fetish) only. Don't go into it expecting a good horror.

Found a short film the other day which centres around a pregnant girl.

It's called Fødsel from Norway. Which I think means Birth, even though there's actually no birth in the film.

There's no available subtitles so I have absolutely no idea what they're saying!

A Boo Original horror movie made in Indonesia, written and directed by Indonesians. Asmara is 9 months pregnant and is about to give birth. Just as she is going into labour, a zombie outbreak causes chaos and hysteria, disrupting her birthing plans. Her husband Oka is a doctor trapped in the hospital where he works. He sneaks out of the hospital to try and reach Asmara, but he does not make it. Can Asmara face it all alone?
