I agree entirely with how you feel. Unlike some posters, I think I'd want the full experience of pregnancy and birth, even a baby.

FTR, I recognize this desire as fantasy. I love and admire (and desire) my wife, who carried and birthed our child. But, still,... if I could have one selfish wish in life....

It can be very confusing.

Not really into mpreg, but have often wondered what being pregnant would be like. If given the chance I would become a pregnant man, just to experience the changing body and life growing inside me. So you're not the only one.

Or have one side of your body conjoined/surgically attached to her side, but leaving only your head and her head together. So, two heads, one body, and shared pregnant belly.

I also am a guy who wants to experience pregnancy and the closest and most realistic way I have so far is by listening to hypnosis and subliminals.
