You all might want to look into using face app and another app called real deep. You make a version of your face in face app that is female looking, but still recognizably you, and then use real deep to swap that face onto a video featuring a girl you wish you could swap places with. It can be a little buggy sometimes, but mostly it’s good. My only complaint is that rather than put my face on the targets body, I’d rather there were a way to picture her body under me when I look down or in the mirror, and to be seen by others as her as well. I’ll post an example or two in a bit.

I've helped some guys who were interested in seeing how they'd look pregnant using Photoshop.

I'd love to be a pregnant woman for a week
