Humans keep having babies even in times of war, depression, famine and other times of crisis. If a couple of people who never left the house in the last 3 weeks dependent of necessity deliveries safely dropped on their front door step want to be close together, they're safe and ready to go. We may want to save the future, create a new generation and ensure they will live in a better world than we're at now.
