I and my family are good, I hope you all are too. We have one enemy this virus, this plague that doesn't care who you are, or what you believe, it will kill, or cripple you all the same. In this time we should be offering kindness and understanding to our fellow man and woman. There is no need to fight with one another. Let's be positive, vigilant, and we will come out on the other side of this. Stay safe everyone, and be mindful of others. Good luck to you all.

I am 5 months pregnant and in the same boat as y’all just trying to stay positive. Working from home so far. Will see if I have to do a home birth in August or maybe find a nice shallow creek with moving water to do a water birth. Not sure how the hospital situation will be in August but hoping it won’t feel like I’m walking into a war zone. I really feel for those people who are trying to take care of others and protect themselves at the same time, it’s gotta be taking a toll on their mental and physical health.
Two pregnancies later, my uterus wants more babies and to feel that stretched tight, heavy feeling again. My belly is currently very pregnant-looking but otherwise I am healthy. I’m into having my navel licked and sucked and belly caressing, and cum inflating! What do you like?

 I love water births!

A mix of good and bad news in the world during this pandemic: A peaking of new cases in Italy, Spain, NY state and CA; but western Europe and moreso the USA continues to be in the middle of the covid19 crisis. The death toll in America surpassed that of Italy, although the rate of covid19 hospitalizations in the NY Metro area is somewhat decreasing. And finally, social distancing is said to be working to reduce the rate (doubling over time) of infections, but our economy is ruined to a point I doubt my grocery store clerk job will be around after the pandemic clears up.

I don't post here often, but this is a world issue. I live in Canada. My city took pretty early action with quarantine and stay at home orders so the curve got flattened pretty quickly, but other cities in the province haven't fared as well.

I don't envy any of you who live in the US, and I strongly encourage anyone who doesn't already take it seriously to please socially distance. It's not a hoax, and you *can* make a difference in your community. So far the response in the USA has been about as bad as China's early response (which caused the whole pandemic) and I think the worst part about most states not taking it seriously is that the citizens don't take it seriously.

Ending quarantine early will be more disastrous for the economy than waiting it out.

No offense, but you have no idea what you're talking about if you think the US's response is as bad as China, especially if you don't even live in the country with a outsider's perspective. The fact that the entire state of California and New York City have been on lock-down should be a strong indication that people are taking it seriously. And of course not everyone is going to be willing to stay at home for months. It happens in EVERY country and not just in the U.S. There's stubborn people in Canada, Italy, and China as well.

None taken, but statistically I haven't said anything that isn't true. I am also speaking as someone with family in the US, and in south asia. Plus the US is pretty geographically close to where I live... It's not any individuals fault, but it is simply a fact that it is being taken less seriously in the US right now than it should be.

Highlight confirmed cases vs deaths for the US compared to the rest of the world. It's... not great.

I am not happy or bragging about some states taking their sweet time on responses. But it's the case. You're absolutely right that this shit happens in every country. Pretty much every country worldwide besides South Korea could be doing better. New York specifically has been taking things seriously and they've definitely had to given it's a major international hub but that's not a reason to excuse the people who aren't taking it seriously cause it's going to hurt innocent and at risk people who are taking it seriously.

@alexgraves is absolutely right -- the numbers indicate that the USA's done an absolutely pathetic job of handling the pandemic. We have 4% of the world's population and 30% of the world's confirmed coronavirus cases. Blame China for starting it if that makes you feel better, but let's not have any illusions about what a shitshow it's been over here.

@Akhenaten At this point, what else can be done besides letting the virus take it's course? People ARE staying at home and the sick have been quarantined away from others. Every and all public events have been cancelled and or postponed until further notice. Stores are limiting how many people are allowed within the building at one time. Travelling has seen it's lowest low in decades. And people have been taking social distancing more serious now.

Plus, can you blame people for not initially taking anything serious if:

A. The WHO and CDC have been bickering back n forth on what's accurate and what's not?

B. You have an army of armchair scientists giving their opinions instead of straight up facts.

C. You have a president who doesn't know what he's talking about?

In fact, nobody knew anything significant until mid-late March, and we STILL don't know a lot.

Unless we introduce Martial Law nationwide, I don't see much else we can do until a vaccine is made.
