A couple of movies come to mind for me. First is the 2011 film 'The Change Up' starring Justin Bateman and Ryan Reynolds. It is suggested that Ryan Reynolds's character is into pregnant women. He had an outcall session set up with a pregnant prostitute he met at a maternity clinic before he and Justin Bateman's character switched bodies. After the switch happens the two of them have to cover each other's lives. The Justin Bateman character in Ryan Renolds's body gets freaked out when he meets the pregnant prostitute.
The second movie is a 2020 French film I recently discovered called 'Enormous'. In it, the husband becomes obsessed with pregnancy after he helps another woman deliver her baby. The problem is his wife does not want to have a baby because her career has them on the road travelling all the time. The husband visits his mother and confides in her about his desire to have a baby of his own. He tells her about his wife's lack of interest. The mother suggests he replace his wife's birth control pills with sugar tablets that resemble them so he can secretly get her pregnant when they have sex. The husband agrees and carries out the plan. He fucks his wife as much as he can and gives her the decoy tablets so she can think she is on birth control. Eventually, he gets her pregnant and to ensure she doesn't have a chance to abort the baby he tricks her into waiting 13 weeks before getting a medical check-up. By the time she discovers she is pregnant she is at the end of the first trimester and is forced to carry the baby all the way to full term and birth.
There are many scenes of the husband feeling his wife's pregnant belly and he gets obsessively involved in every aspect of the pregnancy process. He literally worships her belly and gives the impression that he is a preggophile.
