If I remember correctly, in the movie Pulp Fiction the character Fabienne (Maria de Medeiros) has some kind of pregnancy fetish aswell, she finds big bellies sexy and want one for herself... but long time haven't seen the movie, so I might be wrong...

I don't know if this entirely counts but I'll mention it anyway.
In the Season 3 premiere of Dickinson, the title character of Emily is visited by her best friend and secret lover Sue (now heavily pregnant with the child of Emily's older brother).
