This is my first try combining a 3D render with a 2D background.  I'm not sure I like it, but Serena looks super hot in it, as always, so that makes it worth sharing

PS: I may need to find a hotter guy character for Matt so he doesn't get blown away whenever he is with Serena!  He and his clothes are just what I had on hand that was free, I'm not looking to spend too much on a male figure at this time.  What do you guys think, do you want to see more of her with Matt?  (in other words, should I invest in good male character(s) and clothing?)

nice ... love the way she hold her belly and the shot of her ... thumbs up ... this outfit suit her to the max! 

i think just keep the male as he is ... well at least give us the impression that a normal guy do have a chance with a pregnant hottie such as Serena herself ... to me that's make more sense ... lol ...

Thanks Bigbursty for the wonderful new year present! I am particularly also liking the backstory and captions. I feel it really adds to the overall package.

BTW, she seems rather large for 19 weeks with quints, compared to real life photos I have seen. Unless you've got a surprise for us!

My goodness, she's getting big.

Thanks for all the feedback. It really is helpful! And yes, she is getting really big for only 19 weeks, even with quads. She is measuring just over 40" around in these latest renders, but she looks even bigger than that because I she is getting a significant arch in her back (her belly is getting heavy!).

Thanks.  Here are two quick renders of Serena, one from directly behind her and one from behind at a slight angle, with no scenery (except Serena herself, LOL!).  If you see her from directly behind, you might not even notice she was pregnant, until she turns around!  This is another reason she 'only' measures ~40.5 inches, her belly is kind of narrow yet, its more straight out front than to the sides.  Also, remember she is only 5'2" tall.

"Wow! I think my boobies were starting to get jealous of my belly! They must have seen how my belly was growing and getting all that attention, so they are trying to play catch-up. This is my favorite bra, and I'm nearly busting out of it already. I guess it's just the natural result of my breasts preparing for milk production. Well anyway, enough about my boobs. I guess this will be my official 20 week update. My belly is really starting to feel heavy now, and I have over two months to go yet. I'm starting to worry a little bit about how big I'm getting, but it has been fun so far. I get so much attention every time I go out, its crazy. I keep getting comments like 'Wow girl, you must be due any day now!' You should see their reaction when I tell them that I still have over 10 weeks to go! And there must be quite a few guys who are attracted to hugely pregnant girls like me too, as they often try to make small talk with me and ask goofy questions about my pregnancy. My favorite is when they say things like 'Yeah, my girl friend is pregnant with twins. Can I feel your belly so I know what hers is going to feel like when she gets late term?' Yeah right, how dumb do you think I am?! I know you just want to touch my belly, you don't have to make up a stupid lie to trick me into letting you give me a belly rub. I don't mind people touching my belly like some pregnant women do, just ask politely and be honest about it!
　
Well, I gotta go. Matt is coming over soon to give me a foot massage. I'm feeling pretty hot right now, so I might need him to massage other parts of my body too, if you know what I mean;-)! Once he is done taking care of me, we will snuggle up to watch the NFL playoffs tonight. Should be a good night!
