Serena had her lucky boyfriend Matt apply stretch cream to her belly and boobs.  It's already getting difficult for Serena get the special cream all the way around the front of her tummy, so she is happy to have Matt ehlp her with that.

"Welp, that does it. I'm no longer a pregnant teenager! As you can see, I am still very very pregnant, so that part is obviousely still true. What has changed is that I'm no longer a teenager- I just turned 20 today! My mom had a small party for me, just a few of my girlfriends from high school came over. We had a great time. My best friend in high school, Maria, really seemed to be excited about my pregnancy. She kept asking me questions and teasing me about how big I'm getting. I think she was a little jealous to be honest. Last week Maria and I were talking on the phone and I was telling her about how my boobs had been really growing recently and that they seem to be preparing to produce a lot of milk. She joked about it and said that it sounds like I'm turning into a milk cow! Then, as a gag gift I guess, she bought me these cow PJs for my birthday. Gee, thanks Maria! But hey, at least they are super comfortable. I'll probably be wearing them a lot, as long as I still fit in them anyway!

Well this post will kind of fulfill the requests in posts 74 and 76:

"Holy shit, I have really grown!  I just measured my tummy tonight- would you believe I'm 46" around!  If I get any bigger, I won't even be able to wrap my tape measure around myself!  It took me several attempts to get an accurate measurement since my belly is so far out in front of me I can barely reach the front of it.  Luckily my boy friend Matt said he would be happy to help me out with that.  I'm going to be crazy huge by the time these babies are done baking! 

So why am I so huge?  As most people have noticed, even considering my small frame and the fact that I'm carrying four babies, I am way ahead in size.  I don't want to reveal too much just yer, but my doctors do know why I'm getting so big.  They are still sorting out some details, so I will update you all when  have the full story.  Stay tuned!

"What a difference a year can make!  Last year at this time I was a cute but kind of dorky little girl who was very shy.  Not only was getting pregnant and becoming a mother not even on my radar, but because of a complication that I had I was under the impression that I would never be able to have my own children.  That really was a blow to me emotionally, as I always wanted to have my own family.  Not only that, but I had a great desire growing up to be pregnant and carry my little babies in my tummy for a whole 9 months.  Finding out that this would likely not be possible really made me feel less of a woman.  But wow, look at me now!  I'm probably more pregnant than any woman I have ever seen, and I still have at least 2 months to go!  I am going to do everything possible to enjoy this pregnancy for as long as it lasts.  It has made me feel much more confident and secure about myself and who I am.  But while I love being pregnant and enjoy all the attention I am getting, I can't wait to meet my little babies.  I can't believe I'm going to be a mom!

So anyway, this picture sums up the the huge changes I've gone through over the last year pretty well I think!  This will be my official 21 week update.  I have been asked by several people to do a pre-pregnancy clothes try-on, which I kind of laughed at because I haven't been wearing any maternity clothes yet!  I have maternity clothes, but I am resisting wearing them as long as possible because I love showing off my huge belly (and boobs!) in tight fitting clothing.  But I figured that what those people really wanted to see was how my clothing fits now compared to before I was pregnant.  I thought this was a good outfit to use for that comparison.  I had to stretch the t-shirt like crazy before I put it on, and I left the pants unzipped, but I got them on!  I probably wouldn't go out in public like this, because the t-shirt slides up under my boobs as soon as I move and the pants probably wouldn't stay up with the fly open!  But hey, I thought they fit  good enough for a picture anyway!  What do you think- do you want to see more before/after photos in the future?  They may get even more difficult to do later on as I get bigger, but I'll do my best if you guys like them!

Please keep it a surprise @bigbursty but my prediction is that Serena is so big because the doctors were wrong at first and have discovered that she's carrying more than four babies. You can PM me if I'm right and I'll keep it a secret.

For those of you who liked Serena's nerdy glasses!

"This is for you guys who liked my glasses!  I guess they can be kind of sexy, but I always thought they made me look dorky.  To be honest, I was self conscious about them in high school.  I'm funny about things touching my eyes, so I never could wear contacts either.  Having laser correction surgery the beginning of last year was a big step for me and made me much more outgoing.
