What if before she started showing she ate a watermelon slice with a seed in it and then you acted like once she got big that the seed grew and she has a watermelon in her belly?

Another interesting topic would be a good video for progression... Forget where I read this, but basically how it works is: every few weeks, to continue the pregnancy, the woman incrementally needs genetic code (you know) to grow the baby. So essentially, keeps needing filled to have a healthy baby.
Last suggestion - just a "me" thing - would be a housewife fantasy progression, where you take videos/pics of how difficult housework starts to get as her belly grows bigger.

Love this idea too. Maybe have a list of general day to day chores, carrying / putting away shopping, reaching high / low shelves, putting the same clothes on in the morning etc, film it the same way each time (same angles / shots), but do it month to month to see how things change as the belly gets in the way. This would be amazing to see, especially if shes complaining as things get tougher.

A slightly more extreme version of this, and purely from a fantasy point of view, but with pregnancy as kind of a curse / punishment. For example Laura Croft being cursed and becoming rapidly pregnant, and finding it harder and harder to adventure. Harder to run, jump, do those sorts of things. Doesn't have to be Laura Croft, could be something completely different.

A few more ideas while I'm here.

She could not realize she's pregnant, and keeps complaining about the food baby that wont go away. She even starts doing exercises to try and loose the weight (even into the last month), but it doesn't work. You could even say things like "you obviously pregnant, you are soooo pregnant", but she doesn't believe she is and keeps protesting right up to the due date.

She could hide the pregnancy from you (bigger clothes, big bags etc), but as she gets bigger and bigger it becomes harder and harder to hide it from you.

Either with a cream, an enchanted object (glove) etc, something on your hand that every-time you tap her belly makes her more pregnant. It starts off playful, neither of you believe it works, but as her belly gets bigger it becomes obviously real. She playfully protests, but you keep tapping away (a little like tickling when someones asking you to stop) until she's ready to drop. She is not happy with you. Again in a purely fantasy light.

I think mentioned before, but she could give you shit for getting her pregnant, and complain about the weight and what you have done to her belly, even though it's what she wanted. Teasing you about your pregnancy fetish at the same time could be fun too.

This is epic, dude! Congrats! Since you're planning ahead, you have a great opportunity to play with the pre pregnancy body to 9 month pregnancy genre.

Would be cool to see a video about the hot teacher who vores the students video. After vore 3, she spots one of the male teachers at her school checking her out. She calls him out and asks if he wants to see it, then offers to let him touch it. She covers her belly again. Says he should come around later. Then le smash.

Would also be cool to see some candid videos in public. When you go shopping for groceries, the gym, or a walk in the park, whatever, have her belly peeking out of tight clothes. Every now and then when no one is around, have her pull up her shirt, to have the belly fully out, and rub it as she walks.

Would be epic to do a gym wear video, where she needs more babies in her to increase her lift. She keeps asking for more as the viewer keeps putting more babies in her.

Since she has a slight goth vibe going on too, could do a demon pregnancy expansion. Where she agrees to carry the spawn of a demon for a gift (immortality or something). She thinks she's only carrying one, but she realises she keeps getting more and more babies put in her.

You don't need any fancy story ideas. Just stick to the facts. They're plenty hot by themselves. Just sit her down in front of the camera and have her talk about how much she yearns to be pregnant: the emptiness she wants to fill, the gnawing need in her belly, the disappointment when she gets her period, how she's felt that way for so long, and nothing can replace it or distract her from it. Then you enter the picture and tell her you're sorry she feels that way and it's time to end her suffering. Then you lead her off to the bedroom. Make vids during her pregnancy to talk about how both of you feel. A bit of "Look what you DID to me!" can be fun in the last few weeks. Heck, this might even be vanilla enough to show your kid when he/she is 'old enough'. Have a vanilla version without nudity and a 'just us' version with nudity.

Also, there's no reason you can't implement several of these ideas simultaneously.

Same thing as above but the story could be one with cheating on her impotent husband, and at the fast forward scene she is thanking you for satisfying her and both having thank you sex
