I have an interesting idea. What if you started off without the bump and made it look like you were about to eat a bunch of food. The. Cut to later in the pregnancy and the food is all gone. Act like you just ate it all and are really stuffed, not pregnant.

Another interesting topic would be a good video for progression... Forget where I read this, but basically how it works is: every few weeks, to continue the pregnancy, the woman incrementally needs genetic code (you know) to grow the baby. So essentially, keeps needing filled to have a healthy baby.
Last suggestion - just a "me" thing - would be a housewife fantasy progression, where you take videos/pics of how difficult housework starts to get as her belly grows bigger.

Thank you Shadow301, I really like where this is going, especially the last suggestion involving her belly getting in the way as she does her best to get onto every nook and cranny! I am going to send her these ideas to know whats in store for her!

Another idea! Alien pregnancy/rapid pregnancy related. Film start of it now where she’s getting into bed with a normal, form fitting shirt on. She wakes up the next morning with a huge pregnant belly, the shirt now way too small. She freaks out at what could have caused this. She does like a video log to keep track of what’s happening with her, saying it feels like aliens are churning in her swollen belly. She complains about feeling huge and the weird symptoms she’s experiencing. (Hunger, swollen feet, bloating, nausea, gas, burping.) video ends with her thinking she’s going into labor and frightened at what will come out.

I hope you do it bro. I've seen anything like it before but I bet it could be really cool. I'll let you know if I have any other ideas. Keep us updated on your girlfriend too if you don't mind. I wish the best for you two
