Sorry if this isn't the right place for it, but I wasn't sure where else to post this... 
In the new video game Soul Calibur 6, there's a pretty extensive character creation feature. I had played around with it for a while and actually managed to create a fighter that looks like she's pregnant. Sorry for the poor quality of the pics, I didn't know how to take a screenshot from my PS4 and upload it here...

I did something similar, except it was boobs
