When I do mine I have a lot of the pregnancy symptoms. I use a punch balloon filled with water for mine and is very heavy 35lbs.

I can press on it its firm but jiggly and I really waddle with it on. I wish i can upload a video of me we with my big baby bump but i don't know how to.
