When/where can I get my hands on a version that will install in English? All the versions in this thread install in Japanese onto my phone.

The Android version is available on DLsite English, but is currently only in Japanese. The English version should be released simultaneously on both sites, after Valve approves the game.

I feel I should have clarified the cafe scenario. I meant rendered scenes, even if it's just an image or two, instead of the current fade-to-black and sound system we have.

On the topic of modding, aside from the ubiquitous 'Bigger Belly Mod', any other mods out there for the game?

Mihiraghi says that he will release the English version on DLsite English within the next week. This will also include a translated Android version. The Japanese version will not be included with the English one, so download it now if you want that one.

"Hazumi and the Pregnation" is now officially available for purchase on DLsite English! This includes a translated Android version.
