I don't know to be honest. Valve still isn't very transparent on why stuff gets removed. Mihiraghi is concerned that, despite dialogue and label changes, just having the school map and uniforms would get the game banned. He's probably right considering that Taimanin Asagi was removed from Steam for that reason.

For anyone wondering if there is a game like this one. I dont think there is for the most part. "pregnancy games" is a niche sex game on its own. There isnt alot of content comparitively to this specific game. I mean there is games like Voilated Herione or like Drop Factory. As for multiple births I doubt that there are many games out there like that. There is a game called Mertly's Quest. Thats a pretty popular game but still might not be what people are looking for.
