I know how fucking frustrating it is to try to find someone to play with in this regard so that they're not a stranger. They really are rare, and with the death of Craigslist's personals section, it's dried up almost entirely. That really does just leave jerking off to porn as the only viable option. No one should ever be made to feel uncomfortable for our sexual gratification (unless that's part of a consensual deal somehow, but that's an entirely different matter).

What I will do is practice the "look but don't touch" policy.  I will definitely consider the advice given by @idk regarding approaching them online - however, keeping in mind that I will not be ready for online dating for quite some time, or even dating in general, it's safe to say that PornHub will be my best friend for the next few months.

there's enough of a image problem with folks into this fetish... we're viewed as creeps for enjoying it at all. you're advocating encroaching strange women's personal space so you can grope them. 99.99999/% of women don't want some strange man coming up to them asking to touch their bellies.
