Here's my own list of movies with pregnant celebrities (or non-porn actresses) playing pregnant characters or being themselves.
These are the result of me hunting those info for more than a year.
Since the movies are too many for me to share, I post the list here instead of on Pregnant Celebrities board.

If you are suggesting film names, more detailed info is preferred. (e.g. actress name, real or fake, herself or body double, exact timestamp) I always check the scenes carefully before I update my lists.

Clear / Cofirmed ones
These ones are with exposed pregnant bellies AND visible nipples belonging to the actresses themselves. Nipple-covered nudes and prosthetic breasts are omitted. (I believe that "nipples not covered" ≠ "nudity")

I know this one. Dana Andersen was really heavily pregnant, and the scenes wasn't bad. However, her nipples were well-covered throughout the movie.

Although I'll check the scenes by myself even if only names provided, more detailed info is always better.
Except for documentaries, you can safely assume that all birth scenes are fakes, although they may use real infant actors/actresses to perform.

Actually, I checked Kathryn Hahn's pregnancy before, and I chose to exclude her movies.
In How Do You Know, she was 7 months pregnant with her 2nd child, but her nipples weren't visible.
In Hung S02E01, the belly was prosthetic because she played the character after the child was born.

I seem to remember a French documentary with a very pregnant woman washing and swimming nude and possibly later giving birth - I can't remember the name though!
