At this point you just have to sit down with her and come clean. From experience, I pretty much came forward with my now fiance about my secret as soon as we became serious. She took it well since she values trust over anything and has threatned to call it off if I hid anything from her.

From a women’s perspective she was probably more uncomfortable with the fact its someone y’all know, more so than just the fact you’re into pregnancy.

I've had a few women (including my spouse) who were totally not into the whole fertility, pregnancy vibe. But I never had a woman angry or hurt because of it. My spouse thinks it's funny and teases, for example.
