My best guess: this is more towards the beginning of Avatar: The Way of Water in a flashback to when Jake and Neytiri were starting to grow their family or when they have their two older sons and she was pregnant with their youngest.

In the US show, Debbie was pregnant in it and ran into a guy with a pregnancy fetish. I want to say season 6 or 7. I'm not sure if it's in the UK show

There's a B movie named "Inside Scarlett" (haven't seen it) but the belly looks nice & the birth scene is hot. I like that she moans & yells a lot & you can hear the fluid coming out while she births an egg. There's another movie (horror movie) where a wonan is laying in bed & some demon thing moves inside her.

Could the second film, the horror movie, be the belly scene from House 3: The Horror Show? That's the one where Brion James plays a Freddy Kruger like villain and one of the nightmares he creates for cop who put him away is having the cop's daughter pregnant with the villain himself inside her belly. Later he's seen as a bb the daughter is cradling, and she even looks like they gave her the "mask of pregnancy" eye effect, like she just gave birth to him.

The 2nd film is "Pray For The Devil." I read the synopsis. Didn't seem that scary.

found a recording of the Prey for the Devil scene on PregChan and slapped it in to my drive, not super great quality since it looks to be a phone recording, but hey, better than nothing! apparently the movie'll be out for streaming services in December, so probably no high-quality stuff until then
