It really is interesting what you guys have brought up. I'll admit that, while I'm also considered "essential", I'm in trouble with the fapping. The amount has increased and I think that has played a part for sure. Now, I did a little research myself. It seems that low testosterone can result in anxiety and depression. I'm not saying it could be this alone. I will agree with the pandemic having more of a role than the pregnancy fetish itself. Speaking of distractions, what do you guys typically do? I've got college classes that are taking up a good chunk of my time, but outside of that, I really don't have anything else.

@therock34, like I have said for myself, I started to read manga to take up my time. I’m also working on some personal projects to also distract me. Usually work, school, personal projects and reading are the easiest ways to distract you. There’s also hard stuff that you can do like creating your own workout regiment that can buy you hours away from porn.

Yes on me it has. I suffer from mental health problems and have been twice hospitalized.

I feel my attraction to pregnant women is something that makes me feel more depressed and anxious much of the time and I have tried to try and get rid of it but I can't.

It has been a hot minute since the last time. I've been making sure to distract myself with the overwhelming amount of work I have from school. I'm finding that the night time is the most difficult to stay away from videos I own. Watching about an hour of You**be (don't know if that needs to be censored lol) seems to help. I'm running out of different content to watch though. I sleep right next to my phone so maybe that is part of the issue?

Another issue I'm dealing with is memory loss. I'll get in a bad mood at night and I'll type something in a notebook just to get it out of my system. I don't remember doing it at all and there are times where memories can't be differentiated from reality.

It is not logical to suggest that having a sexual attraction to pregnant women can somehow have an effect on one's mental health. As a male being attracted sexually to a female is as healthy as one can get. A pregnant female is female. The swollen protruding belly simply exists and makes the female more attractive.

This question seeks to point fingers and allow the fetish to be blamed if someone who is a peggophile develops mental problems down the road. It’s no different than blaming violent video games for criminal acts committed by those who play them in real life.

So my answer is no, being attracted to pregnant women can not affect your mental health.

What can affect your mental health is pre-existing conditions that develop over time and emotional responses to traumatic life experiences.

Ted Bundy tried to point the finger at porn. He said being exposed to pornographic material turned him into the monster he became. It did not fool anyone smart enough to know such a claim is utter nonsense.

i agree with @LTKNT101. pregnancy fetishes have no bearing on issues like memory loss and disassociation from reality. from reading your descriptions of your mental health problems, i'd suggest seeking professional help. it can be daunting, and a bit scary at first, but finding the right psychiatrist can do wonders. if money is a issue, i'm sure you can find psychiatric help on a sliding scale in your area, and financial help with meds (if prescribed).

please get some help, it's for the best. i've been there, battling past issues with depression, so i can relate/sympathise.

Thank you all for the responses. I'm going to seek out help in seeing what's going on with me. It just seems weird because I'm conscious about something not being right. I'm going to take y'all's advice in stride.
