Are there any mainstream films that intentionally cater to a certain type of fetish? It doesn't have to be pregnancy. I'm thinking of like how Quentin Tarantino always has shots of bare feet in his movies. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IOYpUdlJH3g)

I ask because I feel like the line between film and porn is razor thin. It's the same medium, but one is made to get you off and the other isn't.

EDIT: Not pregnancy, but David Cronenberg made a movie called Crash, which is about people with a fetish for car crashes.

I'm not sure if any specifically 'cater' to the fetish, but there are many where pregnancy permeates the plot and there's a lot of belly shots (e.g., What to Expect, Baby Mama, etc.). These seem to mostly be 'chick-flick' comedy types that also poke fun at the mundane sides of pregnancy. The only mainstream movie I can think of that seems to imply a character has a pregnancy fetish is that one quick scene from The Change Up (which otherwise is a pretty lackluster movie). TV shows seem to explicitly bring up pregnancy fetishes more often, but also mostly in isolated episodes or clips (e.g., Two and a Half Men, Shameless).

I don't know of any in particular, but I imagine there's one or two indie films out there somewhere about this.

There is a 1983 film called 'Private School'. 3 guys from a men's Academy head over to the nearby women's academy and engage in several schemes to see female students naked. It could certainly be argued that the film catered to voyeurism.

I don't think this is one, but a film that stands out with its depiction of pregnancy in a different light is Neon Bull. I honestly don't know much else about the movie except from what I've read in interviews related to the one scene I definitely know about. The pregnant character is definitely not the protagonist of that film, however, the climax revolves around her and the male lead as they engage in an extended sequence of sexual intercourse with the lady taking total control and experiencing unabashed pleasure from it fully nude and all.

In the aforementioned interviews, the director has talked about the film's recurring motifs and themes revolving around body politics alongside demolishing stereotypes. One of his examples was the pregnant character in how society usually sees them as pure and untouchable saints. However, in the film, we experience firsthand how she too desires pleasure more so than the male lead. As a result, it challenges and expands notions with how being pregnant doesn't prove anything. It just shows an aspect of the body that's been excised from pop culture as normal for whatever purpose whether for sexual purposes or not and enjoy it.
