Would you be able to touch or feel anything? (I don't watch Star Trek, so idk.) If so, I'd be doing pregnant sex pretty much all the time. If not, maybe watching girls model different kinds of clothes and/or watching their bellies rapidly grow.

I would live out my fantasy of having sex with a woman, getting her pregnant and enjoying watching her uterus inflate. Instead of 9 months I would have the settings adjusted so she goes from zero to full term in 10 to 15 mins.

From there I would have all the hot steamy pregnant sex I could handle, drink breastmilk from her swollen tits and have an enjoyable time playing with her swollen body.

She would be programmed to not complain and be eager to please me.

Once I’ve had my fill I would send her into labor and enjoy watching her giving birth. Best thing about this is I could end the program there and reset her to the beginning. The responsibility of caring for a baby would not be an issue unless I wanted it to be which of course I would not.

Actually... idk if it is around now but there is a thing called a "uterus transplant". You exchange your D for a V. Yes you have periods, pee & poop differently but you can get pregnant. At which you would be trans (parts of a woman & a man.) It cost maybe 10-30K but it could be worth it. )

Well, I don't know about trans, but in ST: Voyager, the Hirogen did a major modification to the Voyager's holographic systems, increasing the complexity and fidelity such that they were able to simulate a pregnancy in Torres.  We all know this was done because the show production team couldn't hide the actress' pregnancy through things like clever camera angles and Dr. Crusher style long jackets anymore.  The character even comments on screen that it's annoyingly realistic: she can feel kicks and everything.

The only problem with this is the female parts upgrade would likely be permanent. I’m not willing to give up being a guy and get stuck having periods every month in order to satisfy my curiosity of what it’s like to be pregnant lol.

There's a medication you take maybe a few timea a month that can stop periods. I know women who use them  haven't had periods in 4 years. So you would do it until you want to be pregnant.
