I share this desire as well. It depresses me, to be honest.

I have often wondered what being a pregnant woman would actually feel like. I’m not going to start wearing a fake belly or anything like that, but god knows the question has passed through my mind. Shit, just the question of what it would feel like to be a woman has crossed my mind.

I'm happy and feel very fortunate I was born a man! I prefer to be the one doing the fucking than being the one getting fucked, to be honest. However, I too have thought about what it would be like to spend a week or a month as the opposite sex. Some people may be weirded out by this sort of confession but I think it is a normal and healthy curiosity that goes both ways. I'm sure women wonder what it is like to be us too. As for being a pregnant woman, I'm not sure if I would enjoy that very much. Being pregnant is no walk in the park. You will be pretty much sick and suffering from a series of uncomfortable conditions for 9 months and to top it all off you have to give birth which has enough pain and suffering to cancel out all of the other pregnancy cons. I have much respect for the women that choose to tough it out. The best way to illustrate my point is to imagine having a unique strand of stomach flu that lasts for 9 months. Along with the body aches and nausea you experience bloating, cramps, heartburn, swollen extremities, back pain and insomnia and at the end of the 9th month you pass a kidney stone.

I have a mixed answer: Do I want to be pregnant? To bear a child and feel comfortable having a large belly, to experience 9 months with a desired child inside me. Then the other half of me hearing about what women have said about pregnancy: it's a drag and childbirth is painful. I don't know if there's a God, but we are randomly born with biological male or female bodies. And somehow, I believe to had a past life as a woman in circa 1975 (South) Vietnam in her 20s, which was childbearing age. I'm reminded of I was female and had at least one child. And reincarnated as a male, I enjoy the sight of a pregnant woman, though I wouldn't want any labor pains. I'm currently 41 and never had a child of my own, but I would be so happy to plan a child with a female partner willing to do that.

I feel this desire too and it honestly confuses me. On one hand, I don't want to be a woman, but I would dive at the chance to carry a child to term. I always look really hard into stories about uterus transplants, because I believe that if I am still young enough, and the procedure is medically safe, that I'd go for it.  I just love the idea of being full, and taught, with life. I also think that my desires from this dream is where I got my belly inflation fetish from. 

However, with the likely hood of that happening being very slim, I will be more than content to fuck my SO full to the brim, and enjoy her body while we fuck like rabbits everyday

Honestly, it’s nearly impossible to find a single pregnant woman. I have tried so hard. So I agree with enjoying a pregnant woman if I can’t experience it myself. But wow would it be great to have a giant pregnant belly that I could poke at and make my babies move (granted I’d want a huge belly with multiples)

I like to simulate pregnancy for me. I'm sort of into Mpreg but only when I do it. It makes me feel more comfortable with my body.
