I think the most common definition of a fetish these days is a "deviant" sexual preference. What defines "deviant" is highly relative. For example, loving breasts in Western culture is seen as perfectly normal. We're a little over the top about it, even, but it's not necessarily seen as a fetish -- it's seen as healthy, normal behavior (for the most part; there are exceptions). But pregnancy? Your average person doesn't get aroused by that big lovely belly, but we sure do. That's a deviant sexual preference, then, and gets the "fetish" label slapped on it. And you can certainly have more than one fetish. I sure do!
