Why should I be blocked?!

(May 17, 2021, 4:16 pm)alexnj Depends on alot.  My company has an open door hiring policy and I do see alot of moms who are looking for something to while there kids are in school or after the husband gets home.
There is 1 problem with returning to work.. if the woman keeps getting pregnant every year *caugh* unplanned *caugh* she never works a full year (excluding days off, sick days & holidays). If somone repeatedly gets pregnant every year & doesn't try to prevent it, they keep taking leave for the same time & no job wants an employee that keeps taking that much time off every year.

Imagine you're the boss & 1 of your employees keeps getting pregnant "by accident" & for the 3rd time in a row: she takes leave close to her due date & you don't see her for a year maybe more. Doesn't seem like thay woman cares about her job if she never worked enough. Women should get the job they want based on how many kids they want. Plus companies might not be able to give leave bc of the pandemic.

Lastly (after seeing the guy with making only 30K to work) the only way to make enough to support a kid is to make close to or over 100K. There's this girl I follow who is maybe 19, she thinks she wants another kid but.. she hasn't started college, isn't working & the last job she did was minimum wage. The $ she gets is from her bf, baby daddy & her parents.
I already stated my case in favor of the returning mother, in my previous reply... This here doesn't make any sense, but hits a very interesting statement ===> There is enough reason to think twice before hiring women. 1st. With the current laws and societal norms in place, we are hiring women just to get to the right agreed percentages within the company. So for that I would say that this is debatable. 2nd. Unless your companyis big enough to support the absence of women in the workforce while they are pregnant, you have to think very hard who you are going to hire and who you won't.. Has nothing to do with sexism, but with productivity. I have worked with women who worked their asses off, became pregnant, kept working until it was about time to get the baby delivered, came back right after they were able to and continued showing their worth. I can 100% imagine that someone else would be hired, right after she's worked herself in a rhythm, gets pregnant, then needs to take her maternity leave and at the end of the road determines that she actually wants to be there for her children and quits her job. The employer will definitely think twice in what age and situational bracket they will hire a woman again. You can call it sexism, I call it thinking again. There is always a risk involved and any company has its right to weigh the options at hand.

(May 18, 2021, 10:34 pm)tonythepreggoPony Who is actually dumb enough to get pregnant every year just for workers comp @Thechickenlawyer ? Do you not get the amount of compensation is little compared to the cost of raising multiple children for 18 years?
Yes I get that the amount of $ is little.. women don't do it for the money.. my point was that: can any woman (unless they're single & have no sex life) actually go a few years without getting pregnant? The answer is no. You really think those condom & birth control companies products are as effective as they claim? That's like those old trashy magazines that have on the front cover "an alien ate my dog!" There's a difference between having a family and not thinking. This pandemic aint over & another one will come within 25 years..

The families with more than 1 kid (unless they are a teen or older) are chopped & skrewed. Getting pregnant during this time is as stupid as pooring very hot water onto a fire. (I've seen people do it.) People should wait until the pandemic is over (& 5 years after the economy has recovered) & no matter their age, they can still have kids. It is scientifically possible for any girlnor woman to get pregnant every month. Every felame celebrity (12 & above) has had I'm sure at least 1 abortion a month or every few months. Why? Cus they don't want kids. I get Kat Dennings has "accidentally" gotten pregnant since 2008 but eithrr never had any kids or she gave them up & hid them from society.
@Admin Why is this literal sociopath still allowed to be here?

For the foreseeable future, please don’t quote reply to him. It’s best to make sure as few people read his psychotic theories as possible
