My thoughts are that you really want two pieces of kit... something incognito for close-up and inside like discussed above and second is a camera with significant range. My pics at Pregvoy's first post were taken with a Nikon 520 superzoom camera. The whole 500-series is being phased out so they are all fairly cheap now. I would not get a 530 if it only has a fixed viewfinder because you loose the ability to shoot from the waist.

I'm currently using a Nikon 900 and love it! You can be so far away they don't even know you have a camera, much less that you are taking a picture in their general direction.

Has anyone tried one of the 90-degree angle stickon mirror for cell phone cameras? So many of the pics taken on the voyeur page seem to be taken with a cell phone, this would seem to be an integral part of the voyeur kit.

1. When you see a preggo, don't think, just press the "shutter button" from your standard camera app.
2. Act normal, just like you're texting or gaming. Eyes on screen.
Or do something else, look onto somewhere, just never peep or directly look onto the subject.
Act just like she's not even there, or you're not even care she's there.
3. Don't worry for if she's out of screen. Only this way we can mastered the right positioning.
If still worry, simply turning your phone bit by bit towards few directions,
while press the shutter on each pause after few degrees. Remember, bit by bit.
4. To one subject, shot from as much angle as you can. Just do it, don't think.
5 It's an art, can't be hurried.

Friends - just picked up a new bit of candid camera gear and wanted to share... a parascope lens for my phone. I love it. It's magnetic, so it is easily added and removed. It allows you to hold your phone flat while taking a picture. You appear to be just texting or whatever on your phone while you are really taking pics/vids.

Combined with some of the 'hidden camera' phone software out there, which reduces the size of the camera so it is not apparent you are taking pictures to someone looking over your shoulder, it is a powerful tool. Search for 'parascope lens' or similar on on ebay... cost ranges from $2-$20. I suspect they will become very popular as they can be readily applied to the new 'pokemon go' craze.

Attached preg image taken with new parascope lens. It takes a little practice because the image appears upside down on your viewfinder. Hopefully many more to come.

My gigantic Nikon P900 may take better pics, but I can't really take that into Walmart and click away without being noticed.
