Any recommendations on candid capture gear? I was thinking of getting a hidden camera spywatch and was wondering if anyone on here is currently using one and has any reviews or recommendations. Video samples would be greatly appreciated or if anyone has other gear recommendations that would be greatly appreciated as well.

What do you guys think?

I wouldthink google glasses would be quit useful if they can take pics or vids.

They would be Easily Hidden as people would just think you have Sun Glasses on

i personally use a secret photos app that makes my screen turn black and takes a photo once every second and then hold my phone like i am waiting for a phone call or text.

I thought one of the reasons Google Glass didn't catch on was because they were banned from places as people assumed they were being filmed?

That Sounds Good but would not use it too much because you would start to look Suspicious

Because they are so Obvious what they are?

What I've done so far to capture all my candids is just use my iPhone. I have a OtterBox with a Belt Clip. I wear the clip on my hip, I open up the Camera, switch it to Video Mode, hit record, and put it back in the Clip, Camera facing out. I can then just point my hip in their general direction. If the person is infront of me, i just slide the Clip along the belt to a better recording angle and just follow behind them. I've been had it so far forward, it looked more like a belt buckle then a phone.

My thinking is that if you use it in your hand, they are more likely to catch you in the act and make them uncomfortable. Most people wouldnt think twice about a phone doing nothing in its holster on my belt.
